Here at HT, we’re passionate about – and committed to – seeing children discover Jesus, flourish in a faith of their own, and develop a confidence in God that will last a lifetime. If that’s your heart, too, maybe God is calling you to be our next Kids’ MA and facilitate our mission to reach the children and families of Cambridge and beyond with the gospel.

We are seeking energetic, outgoing people who will enjoy the challenge of being fully involved in a wide range of work in this busy church. Successful candidates will be committed Christians with a can‑do spirit and will already have some leadership experience under their belt. They will have a hunger to see God at work and a willingness to work hard to enable others to grow in Christ.

This one-year training scheme is designed for those who have some previous experience in serving in a ministry context but looking to experience greater leadership responsibility and ministry training. It will involve placement in a specific ministry, serving and experiencing wider church ministries, and training in Biblical studies and Christian leadership. If the trainee successfully passes the first year of the programme, they may be invited to do a second year, building on their learning from the first year on the scheme. For more information, please read the job description.

To apply, please send a completed application form to cat.meakin@htcambridge.org.uk by Wednesday 8 July at 5.00pm. Please note generic CVs will not be considered. Early applications are encouraged.

All candidates will be informed whether or not their application has been successful. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 15 July.
