We are looking for two reliable, hardworking persons to work as part of our busy Patient Services department. As a Patient Service Advisor you will be the face of the Hospital, welcoming our patients at our reception desks and dealing with appointments over the phone. You'll have great communication and IT skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

Please note this role requires working a rotational shift pattern that includes weekends.
