About the Role This is a diverse and hands-on position requiring a motivated, proactive self-starter. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business and sales operations, working on a variety of projects and initiatives across the organisation. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of business processes and helping to drive strategic objectives forward. Key Responsibilities The role includes, but is not limited to: Supporting the management team to drive operational effectiveness across the business and sales functions. Coordinating and managing operational activities such as: Presentations Sales proposals Pricing and quotes Statements of Work Purchase orders and invoices Software license key records Maintaining accurate records of sales activity within the CRM system. Using tools such as Excel, databases, dashboards, and CRM systems to collect, organise and visualise data. Analysing sales data to produce insightful reports and recommendations for the sales team and wider business. Assisting in the tracking of sales targets and reporting on progress. Supporting the implementation and measurement of sales campaigns and initiatives. Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer needs are met promptly and professionally. Coordinating customer and partner follow-up and review calls to maintain strong, lasting relationships.Skills and Experience Required Strong understanding of business and sales administration processes. Familiarity with sales strategies and customer relationship management. Practical experience with CRM software. High level of confidence working with multiple systems and tools. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce data-driven reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation abilities. Confident decision-maker with effective problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a process-driven approach. Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving business needs. A fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and desire to develop professionally.
