An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established and supportive business operating across the Coventry Area. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your own client base, manage your own diary, and build strong working relationships with a variety of customers.

You will receive appointments via a company-issued laptop, giving you the freedom to plan your day efficiently. Although you’ll work independently, you’ll always have support available when needed. This is a varied and rewarding role, involving maintenance and repair across a broad range of equipment, from integral freezers to remote refrigeration packs and everything in between.

The business actively promotes internal development, offering clear pathways for progression and long-term career growth. This role is based on a 45-hour working week, with overtime paid for any hours worked over 45. You will also be required to join an on-call standby rota approximately 1 in every 6 weeks.

In addition, you will have the flexibility to opt in or out of personal use of the company van. Our client is committed to making your work-life as smooth and straightforward as possible. Your van will be fully equipped, you’ll be paid door-to-door, and you’ll be recognised and rewarded for the work you complete.
