Are you an Experienced HR Professional with excellent knowledge and experience in Case Management, living in Kent or the surrounding area?
We have a Field- based/remote role that requires some national travel.
PURPOSE OF ROLE Provide support and guidance to managers on complex matters, such as capability, serious conduct, employee relations, and suspensions and investigations management.
This includes reviewing investigation reports and complex letters or communications.
Be an expert in your field and be able to provide a professional, proactive, telephone and written HR advisory service to managers at all levels across the business.
