Senior Social Media Manager (Freelance)

CMTG Magic creates Hollywood-quality motion & AI social content for U.S. Small & Medium businesses—and we’re hiring a senior freelancer to own client strategy, content planning, scheduling, and publishing. You’ll use tools like Blaze.ai to build brand-true content engines, collaborate with our motion/AI creatives, and run client approvals smoothly. UK-based (US client hours overlap).

We are growing quickly and this is an excellent opportunity to join a high growth business in is early stages.

B2B multi-client experience is essential.

You’ll:

· Build channel strategies & calendars per client

· Turn brand inputs into posts, shorts/reels, carousels & blogs

· Schedule/publish across IG, FB, LinkedIn (Occasional Youtube)

· Liaise with clients, manage approvals & iterate fast

· Partner with our motion/AI designers to achieve “Hollywood-quality” moments within social constraints.

· Track performance and optimise Monthly

Must-haves: 4+ yrs B2B social, confident with AI-assisted workflows (Blaze.ai would be ideal), strong motion-friendly briefs, flawless grammar, client comms.
