Company New U Functional Fitness – Proprietor & Fitness Coach at New U Functional Fitness / Founder of K T Tuition. Established in 2020, we offer a small 24/7 training facility to the general public, as well as providing personal training on a one-to-one and paired basis.
Role Description
This is a flexible on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Cleator Moor. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing personalised fitness plans to one-to-one and paired clients. Additionally, the trainer will offer nutritional guidance to clients to support their fitness goals. Full training on the lifestyle plans we offer will be given. The trainer will be given full instructor access to our specialised website.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Personal Training Certificate, or the willingness to study towards this (at own cost)
- Experience in coaching one-to-one clients in a gym environment
- Skills in strength training
- Excellent knowledge of nutrition, particularly on a sports level
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to develop customised fitness plans
- Excellent organisational skills
