A long-established and highly reputable B2B organisation with a strong client base among FTSE companies and multinationals is hiring a Head of Marketing & Lead Generation. Backed by a long-term investment strategy and led by a close-knit, experienced leadership team, the company is entering a new growth phase, building on their already strong client base and international footprint, modernising its digital presence, and building out its marketing function to drive the creation of leads and new business.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in B2B environments where results are measured, data matters, and creativity is paired with accountability. You’ll be tasked with building a powerful lead generation engine, evolving the brand’s digital footprint, and transforming how the business captures and converts opportunity.

It’s an exciting challenge for someone ready to take ownership and build something long-term. Joining as a member of the leadership team you will have the ability to influence strategy and lead on marketing initiatives.

The Role

You’ll lead on all things marketing, from high-level strategy to campaign execution, with a focus on delivering commercial return. That includes:

  • Owning the B2B marketing strategy across digital channels (SEO, paid, content, LinkedIn, digital PR, email)
  • Building lead gen campaigns that sequence effectively through Salesforce
  • Improving use of CRM to professionalise outreach, capture analytics, and drive account growth
  • Helping the sales and account teams work smarter through better marketing ops and clear performance data
  • Creating content and experiences (including events) that generate qualified inbound and outbound leads
  • Developing marketing dashboards and reporting tools for the CEO and leadership team
  • Partnering with external agencies (PR, digital, creative) while also being able to deliver in-house where needed

About You

You’re a commercially-minded B2B marketer with experience in professional services, think marketing teams in accountancy, legal, executive search or consulting. You know what it means to generate leads in a high-trust, relationship-led environment, and you’re confident building marketing infrastructure that supports measurable growth.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Strong experience across B2B digital marketing and lead generation
  • A solid grasp of Salesforce and CRM best practice, with the ability to sequence, automate and report
  • SEO, content marketing, and LinkedIn know-how - not just managing agencies (as the majority of this will be done in-house) but setting the strategy
  • The ability to track and quantify results - spend vs. return and translate that into insight for senior stakeholders
  • A hands-on approach: you know how to get things done and are comfortable not having a big team
  • Experience delivering B2B events and marketing to international audiences will be advantageous

Why Apply?

  • Join a highly respected business with a loyal, long-serving team and ambitious growth plans
  • Step into a newly created role with full senior backing and real room to shape the commercial strategy
  • Make a meaningful, long-term move, this is a role for someone who wants to build and stay
  • Work directly with the CEO and senior team on brand, pipeline, and performance
  • Help transform a legacy organisation into a modern, data-led marketing function
