The role will suit a commercially rigorous, customer-facing leader who understands the pace, complexity, and margin discipline required when supplying the UK’s major grocery multiples.Reporting to the executive leadership team, the role will lead the commercial strategy for the business, taking ownership of key customer relationships, category performance, pricing, negotiation, margin improvement, and sustainable growth. They will work closely with operations, technical, finance, and supply chain colleagues to ensure that commercial ambition is aligned with customer expectations, product quality, and operational capability.
