An established, privately owned group is seeking an Associate Director to join its corporate finance and private capital function at a pivotal point in its evolution. The organisation operates across media, digital platforms, technology and private capital, with a growing focus on long-term, sustainable investments.
They are seeking a highly capable Associate Director to support group-level corporate finance activity, including:
- Research and analysis to support strategic projects
- Exposure to clean tech, energy, agri-tech or sustainability-focused businesses would be advantageous
- Experience of commercial due diligence, deal structuring and transaction execution
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability, with a willingness to be hands-on in a lean team
- Strong strategic and commercial judgement, with the ability to connect macro trends to practical opportunities
- Credibility and confidence engaging senior internal stakeholders, including board-level audiences
