We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us, working closely with our Brand Manager and supporting our three brands - NTG, Elite Group and Netcentrix.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign delivery to support pipeline growth.
You’ll be involved in planning and delivering campaigns, creating engaging content, supporting events, and reviewing performance to help shape future activity.
You’ll work closely with sales teams, internal stakeholders and external agencies, building strong working relationships and delivering marketing activity that is creative and commercially focused.
Alongside external campaigns, you’ll also support internal communications and events, helping bring the brands and culture to life.
This role suits a confident, well-organised marketer with a few years’ experience who enjoys autonomy, manages competing priorities effectively, and likes being involved in a wide range of marketing activity.

- Reporting to the Brand Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Lead Generation, Campaign Delivery & Analysis
- Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of lead generation and nurturing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline and growth objectives.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Content Creation & Marketing Communications
- Create engaging content for email, social media, websites, blogs, and e Books.
- Contribute copywriting, graphics, and video content for campaigns, presentations, and social media.
- Support internal communications, including email updates and Workvivo content.
- Work closely with sales teams to create and maintain high quality sales materials.
- Support campaigns with collateral that aids deal closure and reinforces brand messaging.
- Events & Internal Activities
- Support the Brand Manager in organising internal events, including parties, fundraisers, and team initiatives.
- Help plan and deliver customer events, webinars, and external marketing activities.
- Ensure all events are well-promoted, professionally executed, and align with brand standards.
- Brand Consistency & Creative Support
- Support brand consistency across all materials and communications.
- Bring creative ideas for campaigns, graphics, copy, and other marketing initiatives.
- Work with agencies to produce branded assets for campaigns, events and social media.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Build strong relationships from Sales to Service Desk, and wider business teams.
- Share fresh ideas and approaches to improve marketing activity and employee engagement.
- Monitor trends in marketing, social media, and digital tools to bring new ideas to the team.
