We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and effective teacher who, alongside the Senior Leadership Team, demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting the school in achieving its vision, aims and objectives. We are looking for an innovative and aspirational leader who is passionate about inspiring pupils and dedicated to raising standards and improving teaching and learning across the school.
Responsibilities:- Contribute fully to all the decision making as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Be ready to take on whole school responsibilities.
- Encourage, motivate and inspire young people and staff to achieve their full potential.
- Manage and support staff across the school to help meet the schoolβs aims and objectives.
- Be an excellent practitioner with an outstanding record of success.
- Be committed to raising performance through rigorous monitoring and review across the school.
- Have a natural passion and enthusiasm for developing whole school strategies to provide our students with the best experience and life opportunities.
- Have a secure understanding of safeguarding and be willing to undertake the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Have responsibility to deputise in the absence of the Headteacher in operational matters.
- Be calm, approachable and solution focused.
- Successful, friendly and supported staff, SLT and governing body.
