What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Junior Associate to support New Street’s Global Sales team by owning critical operational processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless coordination across sales, research, operations, and compliance. This role does not carry direct revenue responsibility but is critical to enabling senior salespeople to operate efficiently and effectively. Opportunities in the future to be client facing and revenue generating will be based on individual performance and the needs of the business.

You will contribute meaningfully to both the short-term and long-term success of the organization with the opportunity to advance professionally. This role will be hybrid, based in London (other cities considered for exceptional candidates).
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Sales staff with day-to-day execution, including CRM upkeep, account setup, prospect/trial tracking, and coordination and scheduling of clients meetings and calls with analysts.
- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Use internal metrics to determine if leads fit the ideal customer profile.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across Salesforce and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of recurring technology and operational issues impacting the Sales team.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Research, and Compliance to ensure accurate client access and communications.
- Support major conference events, corporate access initiatives, and other sales-related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support, operations, client service, or related roles.
- Resilience and strong communication.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Interest in investments, capital markets, and the research sales process.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred; comfort learning new systems and tools required.
Compensation:
This role's salary is commensurate with experience and geographic location. The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual performance and firm results.
