Our client, a leading housing provider, is seeking a Programme Manager in their development team to manage their strategic partnerships with funding bodies, including the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Homes England.
You will provide effective risk management and oversight of the development and investment Programme and maintain a robust and controlled environment underpinned by systems, policies and procedures. We're looking for a strategic powerhouse who can be the bridge between our client's vision and its key public sector partners. An experienced partnership builder with local government/housing sector expertise is a must. This role is about providing effective stakeholder management, programme leadership, financial leadership and leading the governance arrangements to turn grant funding into new homes.
