New Street Consulting Group is assisting Worthing Homes in recruiting two new Board Members starting from August/September 2026. The roles require candidates with expertise in residential property asset management or customer service/community engagement and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Board members will engage in governance responsibilities, contribute strategically, and will be expected to dedicate around 1.5 days a month to their roles, including committees. The appointed members will help guide Worthing Homes as it pursues its vision of becoming a customer-first organization.
