Job Title: Director of Governance, Legal Services, and Procurement

The organisation is looking for a qualified solicitor for a one year period to lead the operational delivery of Governance, Legal Services, and Procurement functions. This role will ensure that governance and legal services contribute to corporate objectives while maintaining a robust compliance framework. The successful candidate will be accountable for the procurement function, driving commercial outcomes through effective business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Group to develop and execute the organisation’s business strategy.
- Provide expert legal, governance, and regulatory advice to the Executive Board and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in governance, legal services, and procurement.
- Manage legal operational risks and oversee external providers as necessary.

- Serve as the Group Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation.
