We are looking for professionals with 8 years’ commercial/sales experience in the recruitment industry, the management consulting sector and/or professional services, that are comfortable partnering with senior executives. As well as being an expert in your field, working at NSCG means winning trust and being accountable, displaying initiative and pushing the boundaries to get the best results for our clients. You’ll be a results-focussed, collaborative individual committed to providing a first-class experience for your clients, interims, and colleagues.

The opportunity: We’re recognised as having expertise in the financial services, industrials, consumer, housing, professional services, and healthcare sectors. As part of our ambitious growth journey we’re now looking to add consultants to our team at either senior or principal consultant level across our financial services, manufacturing/aerospace and consumer/retail teams. Successful consultants will be responsible for attracting and retaining executive level interims, winning and managing clients looking for the best interims in the market and matching the two for a successful outcome.
