NSCG are partnering with a Private Equity fund that is appointing an Interim Chief Transformation Officer for one of their London-based portfolio businesses. The company is moving at pace and needs someone who can get to grips with the situation quickly and lead a focused transformation.
About the role
You’ll work closely with the PE Operating Partner and the senior team to deliver a mix of restructuring and growth-led change. This includes people-cost reductions, some capex decisions, and resetting how the business is organised all within short, practical timelines.
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with, or within, Private Equity
- A background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar)
- Time spent in Chief of Staff or transformation roles
- Hands-on experience delivering fast restructuring (2–3 month cycles)
- Exposure to tech or fintech
- Experience in both smaller businesses and larger organisations
