An interim Chief People Officer is required for a 3-month assignment with immediate start to support a major ERP transformation in a professional services organisation. This high-impact role will lead the People, Culture and Change workstream for a critical ERP programme, including:
- Supporting the selection of one ERP solution from five shortlisted vendors
- Leading organisational readiness planning, capability assessment and early stage integration activity
- Partnering closely with the transformation leadership team to provide clear, steady executive guidance
- Ensuring communication, workforce alignment and adoption plans are in place ahead of implementation
Ideal profile:
- Proven experience as a Chief People Officer or senior People leader
- Background in ERP enabled transformation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics or similar)
- Strong capability in organisational change, workforce design and executive influencing
- Ability to start immediately or within a very short timeframe
