SettleParadigm is recruiting a Director of Investment Delivery to lead the strategic and operational delivery of all major investment programmes across their property portfolio, including planned works, cyclical refurbishments, retrofit and decarbonisation initiatives. You will ensure homes are safe, modern, energy-efficient, and compliant, delivering excellent value for money and high levels of resident satisfaction.
