Location: London (Hybrid)

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Interim People Director to lead and deliver strategic people initiatives during a period of transformation. This is a critical leadership role requiring a commercially minded HR executive with a strong track record in scaling Financial Services or FinTech businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic people initiatives during a period of transformation.
  • Operate at pace, influence senior stakeholders, and drive tangible impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FS/FinTech scale‑up environments.
  • End-to-end delivery of talent and leadership development programmes.
  • Clear, measurable outcomes supported by HR and people metrics.
  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering talent and leadership programmes through to completion.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and impact measurement.
  • Comfortable leading change and transformation programmes in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
