A leading global organisation is seeking an Interim People & Culture Consultant to drive a high-impact transformation agenda. This role presents an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shaping cultural initiatives, optimising people partnering, and enhancing overall employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, providing expert guidance and coaching to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead cultural and engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational values and enhance the employee experience.
  • Optimise and evolve the People Partnering model to ensure alignment with business objectives and high performance.
  • Oversee talent development strategies, focusing on leadership capability and succession planning.
  • Implement and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
  • Leverage workforce data and insights to shape strategic HR decisions.
  • Partner with internal communications to deliver compelling messaging on cultural transformation and engagement programmes.
  • Support organisational design and change management initiatives.
  • Provide expert counsel on employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR, People & Culture, or People Partnering role within a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural change, engagement strategies, and people transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership to shape and execute people strategies.
  • Expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and organisational development.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Experience within financial services, technology, or similarly regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.
