My client, a leading KBB brand focusing on the higher end of the market, is looking for a retail marketing leader with experience in longer customer journeys from lead generation to sale, to run their function for a period of six months.
The priority focus areas are around clarity of spend and ROI of marketing activity across in store activation, brand awareness and lead generation, and professionalising the marketing function to enable a permanent Head of to operate with a simpler, more functional organisation design with streamlined systems and processes.
The second focus is to get a clear view on the end to end customer journey by communicating more effectively with the store managers and by delivering and reporting on marketing activity as one team with one outcome in mind.
The ideal candidate will have multichannel retail experience in bigger ticket items at Head of level. Experience in a decentralised model - either operating as Head of at Group or with Franchise customers, is preferred.
The individual is expected to be on site 3-4 days per week.
