Interim CHRO (6–8 weeks initially) | UK & International Scope
I’m partnering with a private equity investor entering a focused period of restructuring and cost transformation. They require an experienced Interim CHRO to lead and project manage a time‑sensitive cost‑out and organisational redesign programme.
This is not a steady‑state HR role. The existing team can manage HR operations; the mandate is to drive restructuring, particularly across the UK and Europe, with some US exposure.
The ideal profile will bring:
- CHRO / senior HR leadership experience in PE‑backed or performance‑focused environments
- Proven delivery of restructuring and workforce cost‑reduction programmes
- Experience in organisational redesign and simplification
- A commercially sharp, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to operate at pace
The initial mandate is 6–8 weeks, with potential to extend. The client is looking to move quickly.
