NSCG are supporting a private equity-backed technology platform on a highly confidential Interim COO search. This is a board-facing role focused on driving operational performance, scalability and delivery against a value creation plan during a critical phase of growth.

We’re looking for a proven operator with:

  • Prior COO or Transformation experience within a services-led or technology environment
  • Strong track record in PE-backed businesses, delivering operational improvement and EBITDA growth
  • Experience leading multi-region operations, driving rigour, governance and performance
  • The ability to operate at pace and have immediate impact at CEO / investor level
