With over 30,000 properties based primarily across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, the newly merged Settle Paradigm is focussed on delivering excellent services, high quality homes, and neighbourhoods to be proud of.

Settle Paradigm are now looking to recruit a new Director of Strategic Asset Management.

This is a key role, ensuring that the organisation’s homes are safe, financially sustainable, compliant, and aligned with long-term corporate objectives, including sustainability, regeneration, and resident outcomes.

It will lead on all asset operational delivery across the spectrum of portfolio management, making data-driven decisions to optimise asset performance, delivering value for money, maintaining compliance and ensuring the continued maintenance of high-quality homes for residents.

This is an exciting time to join Settle Paradigm as they consolidate post-merger, remaining local and resident-focussed whilst benefitting from operating at scale and maximising the number of new affordable homes they build.

The role is hybrid by nature and can be based in either High Wycombe or Letchworth Garden City.
