- A high-growth, private equity-backed Fin Tech is seeking an experienced
Interim Director of FP&A to join its finance leadership team on an initial 6-month assignment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-profile leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, board reporting and commercial performance insight across a complex, multi-entity organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and board reporting processes
- Deliver meaningful commercial insights to support executive decision-making
- Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve business performance
- Drive scenario planning, performance analysis and strategic planning activities
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Support shareholder, lender and board reporting requirements
- Enhance reporting capabilities through analytics, automation and AI adoption
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Significant FP&A leadership experience within a complex, international organisation
- Proven track record partnering with CFOs, Executive Committees and Boards
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience within high-growth, PE-backed, technology or recurring revenue businesses advantageous
