Reward & Benefits Consultant to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping reward strategy, enhancing employee benefits, and delivering initiatives that support business performance, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enhance reward frameworks, compensation structures, and employee benefits programmes.
- Provide market benchmarking and reward insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure reward practices align with organisational objectives.
- Support the delivery of reward-related projects and transformation initiatives.
- Analyse reward data and make recommendations to improve competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Ensure reward policies and processes remain compliant and fit for purpose.
About You
