Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead an exciting transformation programme including facilitating key strategic projects and improvement initiatives throughout the business. Working with supply partners and a small internal operational team, the role will also support the delivery of high value customer contracts across the end-to-end supply chain.
Ideal candidates for this role will be degree qualified with experience gained in a similar transformation, change and/or continuous improvement role with a dynamic, fast-moving business. Sectors of relevance include (but are not limited to) retail, FMCG, wholesale/distribution and project-led engineering/manufacturing.
