As a positive response to an increasingly complex safety environment, VIVID are integrating their asset compliance, fire, and building safety into a single organisational function. They are now looking to recruit a talented and experienced Head of Fire & Building Safety to inspire their team to provide the best possible levels of service and care to their residents.
VIVID’s aim is to go beyond compliance, exceed minimum legal standards and adopt a holistic and proactive approach to building safety, using data driven insights to address root causes, prevent issues, and maintain a focus on engaging and educating customers.
The Head of Fire & Building Safety role will work collaboratively across VIVID to embed effective building and fire safety management and share best practice, as well as being an effective member of the wider leadership team.
The successful candidate will be a leader who can operate at pace, work at both a strategic and operational level, and who has a track record of ensuring that systems, processes and structures deliver the best possible outcomes in the areas of fire and building safety.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work for an ambitious organisation with a highly collaborative and supportive culture, with G1/V1 regulatory ratings and a strong focus on developing new, high-quality homes.
This is a hybrid role based in either Portsmouth or Basingstoke, paying c.£95k per annum plus a strong benefits package.
