The Role
- As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.
- Serve customers and support busy trade periods.
- Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
- Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
- Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
- Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

Our busiest trading periods are typically:
- From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays.
- Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm.
- Weekends.
- School holidays and public holidays.
No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
