Our client, a growing SME Main Contractor, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Social Media & Marketing Executive to take ownership of their day-to-day social media and marketing activity whilst supporting the wider business and brand growth. This role would best suit candidates living locally due to regular office attendance, site visits and content capture. The sites are generally within the Kent region.
The Role:
As Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating content across multiple platforms and supporting wider marketing activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & X via Planable
- Managing paid social campaigns and ad manager platforms
- Creating content including Reels, TikToks & Shorts
- Attending sites/projects weekly for content capture
- Updating websites using WordPress
- Supporting with basic SEO activity
- Monthly reporting, analytics and KPI tracking
- Supporting the wider business with branding and marketing activity
About You:
- It is essential to have some previous experience within a Main Contractor, Developer or Large Subcontractor to understand the construction industry
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a growing business
- Confident using content creation and social media management tools
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
This role would not suit candidates looking for a purely remote or corporate marketing position.
