A growing, multi-disciplinary construction company based near Hever, Kent are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for their commercial team and become a key part of the business’s future. This is a senior, hands-on position with the potential to progress further as the company expands.
The company delivers a varied range of projects including school refurbishments, new-build housing developments, and hotel reconfigurations, operating as a main contractor, consultancy, and emerging developer. This creates genuine variety and the chance to work across multiple types of projects and sectors.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the commercial function of the business
- Support and guide the existing commercial team
- Manage procurement, cost control, valuations, reporting, and subcontract accounts
- Work closely with directors to ensure commercial success across all projects
- Help shape commercial strategy and internal processes

- Strong background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Main contracting experience preferred
