Role: Sales Advisor Location: Cranbrook- Kent Company: Residential Housebuilder Salary: £28k – £40k – Pro rata Our client, a growing family run medium sized house builder is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to work part time or full time on their Cranbrook site. The role as a Sales Advisor will report directly to the Sales Manager. Key responsibilities: * Ensuring the site and sales complex are presented to a consistently high standard. * Maintaining all necessary information to provide accurate and comprehensive details to purchasers at all times. * Guiding potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to showcase the product fully. * Regularly communicating with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers. * Arranging customer attendance for home demonstrations with the Site Manager and managing the Company’s handover process. * Assisting purchasers with any defects or customer care concerns following legal completion. * Attending and recording minutes for weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager. * Collaborating proactively with Sales Managers and colleagues to propose ideas for boosting sales.
