Project Manager (Real Estate) Are you Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from a construction consulting background and have experience working across the full project life cycle ?

My client is looking for a Project Manager (Real Estate) or an Senior Project Manager heading towards Associate level, with previous experience within the Private sector working on either Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed Use, Retail and or Hospitality/Leisure.

Any candidates with experience with working on 'Tall Towers' will be of particular interest.

The right candidate wlll have the chance to work on and deliver some of the most fascinating and monentous projects across a wide range of sectors.

Who you are As the Project Manager you will be someone with a minimum of 4-5 years project management experience, preferably gained from a construction consultancy.

Professionally qualified in one of the following: construction, project management, engineering, or architecture.

Has obtained chartered status or on path to achieving this.

A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.

Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
