THE ROLE My client, a go ahead firm of construction project management consultants is now seeking an Associate Director to help run a small office in Berkshire and who can help to bring in new clients as well as run current workload.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who has some experience of business development as well as running large property portfolios doing project management for new build, refurbishment and fit out.
Projects are generally for large estate holders who have multiple buildings.

THE CANDIDATE You will be a Project Manager in the Building Construction industry working for a firm of Construction Consultants.
You should have a construction related Degree in Construction Project Management, Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar.
You will be MRICS or similarly qualified.
You will ideally have been working at at least Associate Project Manager level or Associate Director and had some involvement with business development, doing fee proposals, bids and client networking.
You must have excellent written and spoken English and be confident in dealing with people at all levels.
