Key

Duties

  • Applications: Preparing and submitting accurate applications for payment.
  • Processing Variations: Identifying and valuing changes, ensuring these are communicated to clients in a professional manner.
  • Contract Reviews: Reviewing contracts from clients to identify risks and ensure compliance.
  • CVRs (Cost Value Reconciliations): Understanding CVRs (experience not essential, but knowledge required).
  • Reconciliations: Ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Invoice Requests: Working closely with the finance team to process requests for invoices. Ideal Candidate:
  • Personable and approachable with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of building strong client relationships without being confrontational.
  • Experienced in handling multiple smaller projects within the civils and rail sectors.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload effectively.
