Responsibilities
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that shapes real decisions within the Corporate Strategy team.
- Lead corporate performance reporting, coordinating data and commentary submissions to ensure transparent and measurable progress.
- Develop engaging narratives and stories from data, linking technical intelligence to organisational strategy to inform decision‑making.
- Take a leading role in analytical projects, including the development of the Data Network and Data and Insight hub.
- Facilitate workshops focused on strategic thinking and collaborate with service areas to develop performance measures.
- Create dynamic, accessible intelligence products such as Power BI dashboards and GIS‑based tools.
- Support junior analysts, helping them shape their work and develop strategic and analytical skills.
- Serve the local community three days a week, playing a key role in delivering evidence‑based outcomes for residents.
