Westmorland and Furness Council are pleased to offer PA roles supporting the Assistant Directors of the council. You will join a team of highly professional PAs based at one of our anchor offices. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Assistant Directors within the council. We have several full-time opportunities for experienced and proactive Personal Assistants, where you will be the first point of contact for the Assistant Directors, providing direct support to their directorates.

We seek PAs confident in diary management, handling correspondence, travel and hotel arrangements, planning conferences and events, minute-taking, liaising with staff and external parties, workload prioritization, and supporting colleagues—all while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
