About the Role

In this role you will support the delivery of Work Match services by providing front‑of‑house and referral support. You will register residents, maintain accurate personal information and assist with recruitment‑related administrative tasks to ensure residents can access job opportunities and skills development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional front‑of‑house service and respond to resident enquiries.
  • Manage referrals, register residents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support recruitment‑related administrative processes.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and spreadsheets.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of four GCSEs or equivalent, including grades A–D in Maths and English Language.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office and intermediate level computer skills.
  • Ability to meet training provider requirements for access to an NVQ Level 3 programme.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • Organised, able to learn new systems, manage competing priorities, work accurately and with attention to detail.
  • Good communication, customer‑service orientation, and willingness to work flexibly within the team.
