We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute leader to join us as Assistant Director Commissioning & Transformation within Adult Social Services and Housing. This influential role leads strategic commissioning, transformation, market development and housing services across a significant portfolio.

You will drive adult social care reform, shape a resilient and sustainable care and housing market, oversee large-scale transformation programmes and work with partners across health, housing and communities to improve outcomes, independence and wellbeing for residents. With significant transformation already underway, this is a rare opportunity to influence services at scale, lead systemic change and help deliver North Somerset’s vision for integrated, strengths-based adult social care and housing services.
