We are seeking a Director of Policy & Transformation to fast-track our transformation programme and lead improvements across a broad range of services. Not only this, but you will play a leading role in continuing to identify new opportunities for sustained and ongoing improvement across all service areas and shape future policy to ensure our services remain fit for the future.

You will shape and deliver an ambitious transformation agenda and provide strategic leadership across a key corporate function, ensuring services are efficient, innovative and aligned to local priorities. You will drive cultural change, strengthen governance and performance, and promote a collaborative 'can-do' approach that delivers positive outcomes for our residents.
