Lead excellence in social work practice and help shape continuous improvement across Children’s Services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager – Quality Assurance & Practice Development to champion high-quality social work practice and drive service improvement across Children’s Services.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for implementing robust quality assurance frameworks, analysing performance and practice insights, and ensuring services consistently meet regulatory standards. You’ll work to strengthen organisational learning, support inspection readiness, and promote a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

At the heart of the role is a commitment to ensuring the voices of children, young people and families influence service development and decision-making.
