We are now seeking an outstanding Corporate Director of Resources and statutory Section 151 Officer to join our Corporate Leadership Board and help shape the next chapter of our journey. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the Council's ambitions, providing strategic leadership across a broad corporate portfolio spanning finance, people, digital and technology, procurement, audit, fraud, revenues and benefits, climate action and organisational performance.
Having successfully exited Exceptional Financial Support, Newham is entering an exciting new phase. The opportunity now is to build on that progress, driving innovation, performance and value while helping deliver transformational outcomes for residents.
