As a Business Support Administrator working in the Partnership and Improvement Team, you will provide administrative support to those teams involved in providing early help and safeguarding interventions. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support within the team to meet operational needs and administer processes and procedures as directed by the Business Support Team Leader, Team Managers and/or Service/Senior Managers.

- We are looking for an experienced and successful administrator to provide top level business support and excellent customer service to service users, partners, and other agencies.
- Candidates must possess excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills, as well as high level organisational and communication skills.
- The successful candidate will present a confident, professional image to teams, team managers and other colleagues within the Directorate.
- We are looking for someone who is confident and can work independently in a busy, demanding environment, with excellent organisational skills and an ability to use their own initiative.
- Experience in minuting meetings is preferred.
- Having a keen eye for detail and an accurate approach to your work, you will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
