Working across a diverse range of properties, you will help ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, and fit for purpose for residents, tenants, employees, and visitors.

About the Role

As a Buildings & Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will support the effective management, maintenance, and operation of Council-owned properties. • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A practical and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of service, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to travel throughout the district as required.
  • Right to work in the UK

What We Offer

  • Flexible and agile working arrangements where service requirements allow.
  • Local Government Pension Scheme.
  • Flexible working hours through the Council's Flexi-Time Scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunities.
  • Access to a range of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
