This temporary post (one year) will support the EHN Team in delivering high-quality support for students with special educational needs. The role includes secretarial, administrative and clerical duties across The Woodlands sites, with an initial base at Sacriston and work across other sites as required.

Salary and Benefits
- £24,796 – £25,185 (Pro Rata)
- Term‑time pay: 38 weeks + 8 days public holidays + annual leave (27–32 days depending on service)
- Leave: 27 days for 5 years
- Payments in 12 equal monthly instalments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial, administrative and clerical support to the EHN Team.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, produce letters and spreadsheets.
- Facilitate communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications
- Computer literate with proficiency in common office software.
- Experience working effectively in a team and in an office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide accurate advice in spoken English.
