Role Description
The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base through targeted business strategies and relationship-building. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Christchurch, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, client outreach, and client relationship management
- Competence in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to present proposals and close deals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with digital sales tools
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in industries related to education, workforce development, or training programs is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
