Newstaff Employment is recruiting Van Drivers in Milton Keynes to join a professional logistics team handling middle-mile deliveries between hubs and depots – no residential drops. This is a great opportunity for reliable and experienced drivers looking for consistent, long-term work with immediate starts available.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Β£14 per hour
Working Hours: Early Shift (03:30 – 12:00) or Late Shift (11:30 – 20:00), 5 days out of 7
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out safe and timely van deliveries between distribution hubs
  • Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and handling of goods
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain high driving standards
  • Communicate professionally with depot staff and transport managers
  • Adhere to all road safety and company compliance regulations
  • Minimum 3 years of van driving experience (for insurance purposes)
  • Maximum of 6 points on your licence
  • No DR, DD or IN endorsements
  • No driving bans in the last 5 years
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
