Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, visitors, and staff into the office with a warm, professional approach
- Setting up and maintaining the meeting rooms to ensure they are always clean, tidy, and ready for use
- Managing meeting room bookings and availability
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Ordering and managing office stationery and supplies
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
- Previous receptionist experience or experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Professional telephone manner and customer service approach
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- IT literate – proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Excel
- Reliable, efficient, and well-organised
- A valid UK driving licence would be an advantage
